How long will my order take to be delivered?

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 1-2 weeks  for domestic and a 2-3 weeks for international shipping.

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

Why didn’t my shipment come in one package?

We dispatch items separately at different times for you to get your package as soon as possible!

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (Toronto, Senzhen and Stockholm). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

Order changes

I have changed my mind about my item/order, what do I do?

If you have changed your mind about your item/order, please email us as soon as possible to change the order and we will help sort it out. Please note that any order changes will need to be done within 2 hours of the initial purchase

* A 20% restocking fee applies to all cancellations made after 2 hours of the inital purchase.

* Orders that has been shipped is not eligeble for cancellations

Refund

Problems with your order should be reported to us immediately either via email and we will sort it out for you.

If you want to exchange for a new item you will have to cover our shipping costs for us to send out the new item.
